General Conditions

We kindly ask for your understanding that our ticket office staff cannot make any exceptions to the published rates. Tickets are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be extended. By purchasing a ticket, passengers accept the transport and fare regulations posted at the valley stations.

Ticket Misuse

Fare dodging doesn’t pay! Attempted or actual misuse of tickets will result in: Ticket being confiscated without compensation. Fine of €35 plus the cost of a day ticket (according to the Austrian Railway Act). Possible criminal prosecution. Regular inspections are carried out at our facilities. Please note: Only guests with a valid ticket are covered by insurance.

Refunds

Refunds are only possible in the event of injury with a doctor’s certificate, and for multi-day tickets only from 3 days onward. No cash refunds will be given for accompanying family members departing early with the injured person. No refunds are given in the case of illness, even with a medical certificate.
Explicitly not valid as grounds for refunds: Bad weather, Loss of ticket, Early departure, Closure or non-operation of facilities. Lost or forgotten tickets will not be replaced.

Service Suspension

Operations may be suspended due to unfavorable weather conditions. This does not entitle you to a refund or reduction in ticket prices. Operating conditions can be checked on the panorama board at the valley station.
