With 29 kilometers of slopes of all difficulty levels and 9 lifts, it’s a true paradise for every skier! The perfectly groomed slopes and wide runs are ideal for families as well as day guests. The highlight is the approximately 6-kilometer-long panorama run, where you can carve down about 800 meters of altitude to the valley.

Only 30 minutes from Salzburg, the Werfenweng ski area is located in the idyllic Pongau region. The Tauern Motorway A10 takes you straight to your destination. The good accessibility from Salzburg and Munich, both by car and train, is a big advantage for the Werfenweng ski area — instead of a long drive, you’re quickly in the middle of the skiing fun.

The valley station of the 8-person cabin lift IKARUS is centrally located and offers around 2,000 free car parking spaces and 30 bus parking spots right next to the mountain lift. The 8-person cabin lift IKARUS takes you up to about 1,840 meters in altitude with fantastic panoramic views. Here, our motto “WERFENWENG – Ski enjoyment at Bischling” comes to life. The Bischlinghöhe is the central starting point for the Ladenberg and Strussing areas on one side and the six-kilometer-long panorama run down to the valley on the other.
