Having fun on the slopes is what all our guests wish for. Safety is our top priority. To ensure you can enjoy your day in the ski area without worries, we want to share the following safety instructions with you. They are for your protection and must be followed when using our mountain lifts. That way, you can fully enjoy your holiday.
Lift Safety
Children under 1.10 meters (approx. 3 ft 7 in) in height are only allowed to be carried on the lap of an adult for safety reasons. Children between 1.10 m and 1.25 m (approx. 3 ft 7 in to 4 ft 1 in) may ride alone only if an adult is seated next to them. Persons carrying children in piggyback carriers, backpacks, or on their shoulders cannot be transported on our drag lifts or chairlifts for safety reasons. Intoxicated persons are strictly prohibited from lift use. The instructions of the staff must be followed at all times.
Slope Safety
Please stay on the designated slopes. Since only marked slopes are monitored, safety off the official trails cannot be guaranteed. Also, keep in mind that any costs for search and rescue operations after closing hours must be fully borne by the person responsible. If you pass by slope machines, always keep a safe distance and do not cross the slope above or below the vehicles. New to skiing? Then take a look at the slope rules.
Slope Machines with Cables – Danger to Life!
Please note that from 5:00 pm to 8:00 am the slopes are closed for snowmaking and grooming. Using or entering the slopes during this time is prohibited! Violations release the lift operator from all liability. Cable winches, hoses, and cables cross the slope. Always observe warnings and barriers! Anyone ignoring closures, especially in avalanche-prone areas and young forest zones, will be excluded from lift transport. Ski responsibly, follow the rules, and always obey staff instructions. Then nothing will stand in the way of a successful and safe day on the slopes for you and your fellow skiers. Have fun!
