Fare Regulations

GENERAL TERMS

Please understand that our ticket staff cannot make exceptions regarding fares. Ski passes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-extendable. By purchasing the ticket, the passenger acknowledges the transport and fare regulations posted at the valley stations.

MISUSE OF TICKETS

Fare dodging does not pay off. Attempted or actual misuse of tickets results in immediate confiscation of the ticket without compensation, a fine of €35.00 plus the equivalent of a day ticket fee (according to railway law). Legal prosecution is possible. Regular checks are conducted at our facilities! Only guests with a valid ticket are insured.

REFUNDS

A refund is granted only in cases of ski accidents or illness and exclusively for multi-day passes of three days or more. For cash refunds, a medical certificate issued by a local physician must be presented. No cash refund can be provided for family members who leave early together with the injured person. The following are explicitly excluded as grounds for refunds: adverse weather or snow conditions, loss of the pass, early departure, interruption, or closure of individual facilities or lifts. Lost or forgotten ski passes are not eligible for replacement or refund.

CLOSURE OF OPERATIONS

Due to unfavorable snow, weather, or low demand during the low season, some lifts may be closed. This does not entitle you to a refund or price reduction. Operating conditions are posted on the panorama board at the valley station.

Changes and errors excepted.
